Wie geen indicatie krijgt via de WMO of WLZ, of meer zorg nodig heeft dan vergoed wordt, moet zelf bijbetalen. En die kosten kunnen flink oplopen. Ter vergelijking: reguliere wijkverpleging via de zorgverzekering kost de cli\u00ebnt meestal niets extra\u2019s, zolang het binnen de indicatie valt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cao Thuiszorg 2024: door recente loonsverhogingen liggen de kosten bij particuliere bureaus nu gemiddeld 8\u201312% hoger dan vorig jaar. Een zorgverlener die in 2023 \u20ac28 per uur kostte, vraagt in 2024 vaak \u20ac31 of meer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niet-vergoede hulpmiddelen: eenvoudige hulpmiddelen zoals een douchestoel (\u20ac90 \u2013 \u20ac150) of een rollator (\u20ac70 \u2013 \u20ac200) worden vaak niet meer standaard vergoed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantelzorgondersteuning: extra hulp, zoals nachtzorg of respijtzorg, kan vari\u00ebren van \u20ac150 tot \u20ac250 per nacht.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor veel families wordt dit snel onbetaalbaar.
