The Idea in One Minute

What is Team Fundraising?

Team fundraising, also known as peer-to-peer fundraising, means your supporters raise money from their own friends, family, and colleagues for your cause. Each supporter gets a personal fundraising page linked to your main campaign.

Why it works
  • More people hear about your cause

You reach people who are not directly connected to you.

  • Trust travels with friends

People feel confident to donate to causes suggested by friends.

  • Stronger relationships with supporters

Supporters feel proud when they can raise money, not only donate themselves.

  • Grow your donor circle

Many first-time donors come through team fundraisers and can support you again later.
