You can connect WhyDonate to thousands of apps, including Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Slack, and many more.
WhyDonate offers a free Zapier integration. Zapier itself may have free and paid plans, based on how many tasks you run. Please check Zapier pricing for details.
Open your WhyDonate dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations, and generate a Zapier API key. Copy it into Zapier when you connect the WhyDonate app to your account.
Delete the API key from Settings → Integrations in WhyDonate, or turn off the Zap in Zapier. Either stops the data flow immediately — you stay in control.
The main WhyDonate trigger is “New Donation.” From there you can run any action Zapier supports — add a Google Sheet row, create a CRM contact, send a Slack message, or add someone to a Mailchimp segment.
