No. Nothing is added to your donation without you choosing it. If you decide to give €10 and leave no tip, €10 is what leaves your account.
The optional tip
On the first step of the donation flow, under Support WhyDonate, you are offered the chance to add a tip. This is what keeps the platform free to use.
The tip starts at a suggested amount rather than at zero, and the suggestion scales with your donation:

You can move the slider, enter your own amount, or set it to €0. It is entirely your choice, and setting it to zero does not affect your donation in any way.
Whatever you leave as a tip is added to your donation, so the total you are charged is the donation plus the tip you chose.
What the cause receives
The amount you give goes to the cause, minus the fee the payment provider charges for processing the payment. That fee is deducted from the donation before the money is paid out, so it is carried by the recipient rather than billed to you.
