WhyDonate shows up to six standard amounts on your donation form, plus the options to give once, monthly or annually. You change both from the fundraiser settings.
Change the donation amounts
- Go to your fundraising page on WhyDonate.
- Click the Fundraiser Settings icon on the right side of the page.
- Click Donation Amount.
- Choose the donation options you want and enter the amounts. You can configure up to six preset amounts, or show no preset amounts at all and leave only an open input field.
What you cannot change
The WhyDonate Tip option cannot be switched off on donation forms. Fundraisers that already have this setting keep it, but it cannot be changed for existing or new forms, including embedded forms.
Note: your preset amounts are set in your fundraiser's currency, which is fixed when the fundraiser is created. A donor can pick a different currency on the donation page; your amounts are then converted into that currency and rounded to whole numbers.
