Support The LGBTQ Community Through Crowdfunding

Joseph works as a volunteer in Greece helping Single mothers and LGBTQ Refugees. One of the first inhabitants of the shelter was Carmel from Congo. Lafortune from Cameroon explains that Joseph takes on other people’s problems as though they were his own, in order to solve them. “Nobody chooses to be a refugee,” says Joseph seriously. He explains his motivation thus: “At times when I see the situations I went through, so paining. At least it would be good not seeing anyone else passing through that.” After the brutal murder of his Mum and Sister , cause he is Gay , Joseph fled Uganda in 2017. His Journey led him to Greece where he is voluntering to help single mothers and LGBTQ refugees, now he gets a chance to invest his future by studying Computer Science at a University.

Unravel is an interdisciplinary performance with theater, singing and dance inspired by the personal experiences of LGBTQ + young people. The show was conceived by Anysha Bharos and Nazrina Rodjan. They want to encourage you to unravel your own identity and history, because many of us do not see themselves often enough in subjects that are difficult to discuss such as being queer. We want to break taboos, discuss different beliefs and outcomes, but also be a recognizable environment.

Richard and Sébastian, are crazy about each other and children. Their greatest wish is to be parents. It may be clear that this is unfortunately not possible biologically, and therefore they need help to have children. Their lawyer will guide them through the process in Canada. The start is actually a major cost item: entering into the process internationally under the supervision of a lawyer.
