WhyDonate sends every donor a thank-you email automatically. On top of that, you can message donors yourself from your dashboard, and you can change what the automatic email says.
Automatic thank-you emails
Every time someone donates to your campaign, WhyDonate sends them a thank-you email. It lets your donor know their gift was received and that it matters to your cause.
Send a personal message to a donor
Open your donations overview in the dashboard and message a donor at any time.
These messages are public. They appear on your fundraiser page, in the panel on the right, under the Recent Donations and Top Supporters tabs, where they show other potential supporters how you look after your donors.
Customize the thank-you email
In the left-side menu of your dashboard, open Custom Branding and choose Email Branding. Find the "Thank You" email template and edit it however you like.
Tip: connecting with your donors makes them feel appreciated and encourages them to give to more causes.
