How do I edit the email messages?

WhyDonate sends automatic emails to donors and to people who have created a fundraiser for you. You can edit every one of them, give each its own text, and adjust their design.

Edit an email

1. Log in to your WhyDonate account.
2. In the left-side menu, open Custom Branding and choose Email Branding.
3. Choose the email you want to change and edit its text.
4. Click Save at the top right of the screen.
5. Click the eye icon to preview the email.
6. Click Send test email, below the preview, to send it to yourself.

Note: the test email is the last saved version. Save your changes first, or the test will not show them.
