How to change the email settings?

WhyDonate emails you about activity on your account — when you receive a donation or a message, for example. You choose which of those emails you get.

Choose which emails you receive

1. Log in to your WhyDonate account.
2. Click your profile icon in the header and choose Email Settings.
3. Switch off the emails you do not want, such as donation received, message received or payout processed, or the newsletter and product updates.

Your changes are saved as soon as you make them. Unsubscribe all switches every one of these emails off at once.

Change your email address

1. Click your profile icon in the header and choose My Account.
2. Find your email address under User Credentials.
3. Change it and save the change.
