You don’t need to pay anything to collect or withdraw your funds. Setting up a fundraiser is completely free on WhyDonate. WhyDonate only charges a standard transaction fee for the funds being collected. The details can be found here.
To be completely transparent with donors, we advise providing as much proof and information as possible. This includes submitting videos, photos, and at times documentation to showcase your need for funds. As a platform, we want to encourage transparency and the joy of giving for the community by ensuring that donors and supporters can trust the causes they are supporting.
As we have seen in numerous cases, families and individuals in difficult situations have trouble accessing funds. We recommend nominating a friend or a family member to set up a campaign for you, so you can receive the funds without any delay. A family member or friend should be located in all countries that are supported by WhyDonate.
